The buyer is responsible for any postage fees incurred by returning an item to us. If the return is due to a fault or error on our part then standard postage will be reimbursed.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any Swim Secure product purchase. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less any postage costs). Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging included. Whilst we generally process refunds the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 14 days (or longer during busy periods) for your refund to be processed. Please use the blank area on the back of your delivery note to let us know why you want to return the items and to inform us whether you want an exchange or refund. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. If an item becomes faulty after a period of time (after 30 days and up to 365 days after purchase) then please contact us before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion provided it is returned to us within 365 days from the purchase date.

UK Orders - Items up to 2kg All tow floats and dry bags under 2kg will be dispatched as parcels using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to allow you to follow the progress of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day, however it may take up to 48 hours to dispatch. Please note smaller items such as hats and bum bags may be dispatched Royal Mail Second Class and are not able to be tracked. UK Orders - Items over 2kg Items over 2kg will be sent by Parcel Force using their 48 hour tracked delivery service.
